DENTISTRY THAT FITS YOUR LIFESTYLE
X-rays are invaluable aids in diagnosing, treating, and maintaining dental health. Dr. Schulz carefully chooses which and when x-rays are taken. X-rays allow us to detect cavities between the teeth, determine bone level, and be able to analyze the overall health of the patient's bone, along with examining the roots and nerves of the teeth.
Our X-ray system provides high quality and instant images that generate up to 85% less radiation than a conventional film. With this safer, faster techniology and patient viwing screens in each operatory, Dr. Schulz can review and explain these images to patients during their appointment.
~ SAME DAY CROWNS ~ E4D
The E4D system is the latest CAD/CAM technology for the dental industry. e4D same day dentistry offers you the dental care you need and the convenience you want. By using our e4D system it allows us to create a beautiful porcelain crown in just one appointment, eliminating the need for our patients to wear a temporary crown for weeks.
With the E4D system we are able to obtain a digital impression of the tooth in just a few minutes using a laser scanner, rather than a conventional impression. Dr. Schulz is then able to use the impression to design the crown using special software; creating a custom crown that is personalized to fit your unique smile!
Dr. Schulz also utilizes camera which helps him clearly see the condition of your teeth and gums. Using the intraoral camera allows us to be able to zoom in on small diseased areas, cracks, chips and worn metal fillings with extreme precision. It allows Dr. Schulz to magnify images from inside
In our office, we use one of the latest, most precise, diagnostic tools.
DIAGNOdent uses an electronic laser light system that helps us find even the smallest area of concern. It allows us to detect decay below the surface of tooth that can not otherwise be detected using a probe and/or X-rays. This technique is painless allows us to preserve your teeth by detecting a problem early on.
