People hours, not office hours
We have arranged our hours to fit your schedule. In today's
hectic world, convenience is essential. To make an appointment,
please call our patient care coordinator. She will make
every effort to arrange a convenient time for you.
In consideration for all our patients, we will attempt
to be ready for you at the appointed time and ask the same
consideration of you.
In the event that you have to cancel an appointment, we
would appreciate at least 24-hour notice so that we may
serve other patient' needs. If a 24-hour notice is not given,
a broken appointment charge may be added to your account.
Emergencies
If you have a dental emergency, please call our office immediately
so you may receive attention as soon as possible. We want
to keep you smiling! No one can predict an emergency, which
is why our office philosophy is to see emergencies right
away. We will make every attempt to work you into our schedule
that day. If an emergency is after office hours, call our
office anytime and the answering service will be in touch
with the Doctor and he will contact you as soon as possible.
