At New Outlook Dental Center, we understand the apprehension that can accompany your first visit to a new doctor. This is why we want to establish a positive, caring relationship from the start: one-based on mutual respect, understanding and two-way communication.

On your first visit, we will ask you to share your dental and medical history. This information helps us to provide exceptional dental care for you and gives us a chance to know you better too. We will discuss your goals as they relate to your teeth, gums, and other soft tissues of the mouth will be completed. We will take x-rays as needed to see between your teeth and use an intra-oral video camera to examine and allow you to see up close the condition of your teeth and gums. From this information, Dr Schulz will create a "lifetime strategy for your dental health." A comprehensive plan for treatment that is presented at a review of findings consultation.

We will make sure that you thoroughly understand the recommended necessary treatment and what the options and fees will be. We call this Peace Before Performance.
