Financial Considerations
Charges for services are due at the time dental treatment
is provided. We make every effort to provide you with a
treatment plan tailored to your timetable and budget, while
at the same time giving you the best possible dental care
available.
Most insurance companies will not cover 100% of all dental
expenses. Your portion, not covered by insurance, is due
at the time treatment is performed.
Please understand that dental insurance is a contract between
the patient and the insurance carrier, and not between the
insurance carrier and the dentist. The patient is the responsible
party regarding dental fees. As part of our service, we
will help process all your insurance claims. In order for
us to serve you, please bring in a completed dental insurance
form or proof of insurance at each appointment.
Please be aware that we are only capable of approximating
your portion due to the large number of insurance companies.
These companies do not notify this office of changes in
their policies.
If we are accepting payment from your insurance company,
the estimated amount not to be paid by the insurance company
will be due at each dental visit. If payment has not been
received from the insurance company within 60 days, the
balance will automatically revert to you and this balance
will be due within 90 days from the original date of service.
For your Convenience several payment options are
available:
Cash, personal check, Visa and Mastercard are always
welcomed. We offer a 5% cash bookkeeping courtesy on all
proposed treatment plans over $200.00. The courtesy will
be given when paid in full prior to that appointment
date. A refund will be made if the proposed treatment
is not completed.
Dental Credit Card
We have made arrangements with CareCredit that will finance
your dental work with approved credit. This will allow you
to complete your dental work with out delay and make relatively
small monthly payments. Application forms are available
at the reception desk.
Gradual Treatment Plan
If it will be easier financially for those patients without
dental insurance, we can plan the completion of your dental
work by spreading your appointments over several months
or years. We will arrange do the more urgent services at
the beginning of the treatment.
